SINRGY sells various options from ready to wear, made to order and custom, producing most of their pieces in house thus delivery timescales can vary depending on the order. A more detailed timescale is given within the product description of each item. We will endeavour to ship multiple items together however depending on your order this may not always be possible. As we work to calendar events and seasons depending on the period of the year delivery timescales may vary. You will always find the estimated delivery time at your cart, however this is subject to change if the materials for made to order and custom items are delayed . Some products may have different delivery times, so the best way to know the estimated delivery time on each moment is to choose your product options and add it to the cart.

The provided delivery date is an estimated date and not an ensured one. Due to external factors, the delivery date could be different from the confirmed date. SINRGY guarantees delivery except in situations, events or circumstances that are beyond our control (customer is not available, adverse weather conditions, errors in the shipping information, legal procedures, public holidays, etc.). Shipping is calculated separately and we provide a range of options with Royal and Parcel force for you to choose from.
