PRE-ORDERS / ORDERS
When will i receive a pre order? Pre order deliveries can vary, depending on production time of the item, please check the detailed description within the product page for more information.
Can i cancel a pre order? Pre orders can be canceled unless it's a made to order item and production had already started.
CUSTOM / MADE TO ORDER
How do your commissions work? Custom orders can be developed from your ideas and translated into our own style or we can design from scratch for you. We require a 50% deposit to get started or you have the option of Klarna, once full payment is made then the order will be dispatched. We offer a free consultation service through our custom contact form found here or we can recreate one of our pre developed designs from our Made to Order collection found here
Can i cancel or return a custom order? Custom orders are not eligible for a cancelation as the piece has been made to your specifications and materials have been sourced specifically for your request.
What if i can’t attend an in person fitting? We can send a toile out to you to fit yourself from home to aid with the final garment fit, smaller alterations to the final garment can be offered at an additional cost. A virtual fitting can also be arranged if conveniant.
Can i choose a different colour to your website product? Most pieces can be made custom to your request in a range of materials and colour ways.
PAYMENTS
What payment options do you offer? Payments can be made via Paypal, credit or debit card, Klarna and staggered invoices direct from SINRGY - please message us to enquire more about this service.
Do i need to pay import taxes? You are liable to cover any import charges to your country
SHIPPING / RETURNS
Shipping turnaround and cost to my country?
Can i track my order? You are able to track your order though your account when logging in, you will also receive email updates at the different stages of production if ordering Made to Order or Custom.
Am i able to change the shipping address? The shipping address can be amended pre dispatch if we are informed in due time
How can i return my order? If you would like to organise a return this can be requested within the timescale of 14 days of receipt. This can be actioned by e mailing our team here . You are liable for the return postage and we recommend that this is sent with a tracked service.
Is my order eligible for a return? Ready to Wear and Pre order items are eligible for a return within 14 days of receipt. Made to Order and Custom items are not eligible for cancelation once the final design has been agreed and initial payment has been made. After this period the sourcing, ordering and production stages have already started and the time slot to produce your piece has already been allocated to yourself.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange your item, rather than return it for a refund, this can be done by contacting our team here.
