These conditions apply to all users of the Website, regardless of how you access the Website and will cover all technologies, devices and products SINRGY has available. You should carefully read these terms before using the website and before placing an order or registering with SINRGY. By accessing the website, navigate and/or use it, you agree to be fully bound to these terms, whether or not you open an account through the Website, register on the Website or log in with your account. If you are not willing to accept these terms, do not use the Website, do not access it, nor place any order through it. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy, thus, each time you use this Website you will be under the current regulation of the Privacy Policy; at all times you should review this to ensure you agree to it.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

SINRGY offers ready to wear and custom clothing for men and women, they/them,. On the Website, you will find detailed product descriptions and 3D visualizations of some products and services that we offer. While we try to accurately display the colors of our products in our imagery, the exact colors you see depend on your screen display and settings of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed will be exactly the same color of the product at the time of delivery and/or receiving:

• The variations in manufacturing processes, the settings of your monitor and your computer hardware can affect fabrics and product designs, which means that the delivered products may be slightly different in appearance to those shown and described on the SINRGY Website
• As we prodominitly work on a made to order basis, most products / fabrics of SINRGY are subject to availability, which means that we cannot always deliver the order or may need to offer an alternative fabric option. We will inform you as soon as possible, if the product you have requested is not available and, if you agree so, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent or higher quality, or of equal value;
• Please keep in mind that your order will only be processed if you have placed the order correctly and we received authorization from your payment card   or you have agreed a separate payment and production plan with SINRGY directly. 

5. PRICES

Our products will be delivered with VAT included (This is added at the checkout at a rate of 20%) 

We do not accept orders from customers outside of the UK in currencies other than GBP

For all other countries taxes are not included. You agree to pay and be responsible for any taxes, duties, levies or charges for the use of the Transaction Services in addition to our service fees. If the package is held in customs and duties you will be liable to clear any charges relating to this to release the delivery.

Klarna is a global payment method available in select countries that provides a simple, quick, and seamless buying experience. With Klarna, you can spread out your payments. If paying with Klarna is available in your location, you will see it as an option at checkout.

7. SHIPPING

SINRGY sells various options from ready to wear, made to order and custom, producing 80% of its ranges in house thus delivery timescales can vary depending on the piece. A more detailed timescale is given within the product description of each item. We will endeavour to ship multiple items together however depending on your order this may not always be possible. As we work to calendar events and seasons depending on the period of the year delivery timescales may vary. You will always find the estimated delivery time at your cart, however this is subject to change if the materials for made to order and custom items are delayed . Some products may have different delivery times, so the best way to know the estimated delivery time of each is to choose your product options and add it to the cart.

The provided delivery date is an estimated date and not an ensured one. Due to external factors, the delivery date could be different from the confirmed date. SINRGY guarantees delivery except in situations, events or circumstances that are beyond our control (customer is not available, adverse weather conditions, errors in the shipping information, legal procedures, public holidays, etc.). Shipping is calculated separately and we provide a range of courier options. 

8. AFTER SALES POLICY

Order not received/ package damaged

In order for us to be able to offer solutions within our after sales policy for any problem related to the shipment you have to notify us via our contact form supplying details of your issue and the order. 

Alterations, Refunds & Exchange

To request an alteration, the following steps need to be followed:

Alterations can be offered on made to order and custom pieces, if an alteration is needed due to our error then there will be no additional cost for this service, you will just need to contact us to discuss the issue so we can advise on next steps. If an alteration is needed because we have been supplied with incorrect measurements then this will be charged at our hourly rate with potential added material costs. 

Due to the fact that most products are individually custom-tailored and handcrafted just for you, we do not offer refunds on made to order or custom pieces. This is standard practice for custom-tailored products as there is no resale value. 

You must notify us about your wish to return  your ready to wear order within 14 days after delivery

9. Changes / Cancellation to made to order and custom pieces

SINRGY only allows major changes* or cancellation of a custom or made to order item if it is requested within 24 hours since payment. After this time, SINRGY does not offer the possibility to cancel an order of this kind as production and ordering of materials has started and non-recoverable costs have been incurred (fabrics, tailor's time, etc.). 
 

10. Modifications and accuracy of the content

SINRGY reserves the right to make unannounced changes in its Website when considered as appropriate, change, delete or add content and services provided through the same, as well as the way in which they are presented or located on the Website for its improvement and renewal.

11. Exclusion Rights

SINRGY reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the Website and/or services offered without notice on its own or a third party, to users, who violate these Terms and Conditions.

12. Intellectual and Industrial proprieties

The Website and its contents, including its services, programs, data, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, as well as the software, commercial names, brands, creative works, illustrations, photographs or industrial drawings and any other features capable being used for industrial and commercial purposes (i) are property of and held in the ownership of Hockerty and are protected by national and international legislation concerning the intellectual and industrial property. Under no circumstances shall it be considered that SINRGY grants any kind of license, or engages in any form of relinquishment, transfer or total or partial assignment of the above rights, or that any right is conferred, especially in relation to the alteration, transformation, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the contents referred to above without the prior, express and written authorization of SINRGY or corresponding owners. The User can only use the Website and its contents for personal and private use. Any other use is prohibited and will require the User to obtain the prior written permission of SINRGY. SINRGY puts its reasonable endeavors to ensure that this Website is free of viruses and other malicious or harmful content. You can use, download and print Website content solely for your own personal use or for non-commercial personal use. Except for your own personal use or internal business purposes, you cannot do any of the following without first obtaining the written permission of SINRGY:

• copy, reproduce, use or negotiate in any other form content on the Website;
